Real Estate Valuation Models Database is a public database of real estate valuation models. The valuation model defines the impact of different real estate characteristics on a market value of the real estate.

Statement

The real estate valuation models are defined using real estate mass valuation methods according to supply and demand on the real estate market in the period of the of so-called general valuation of real estates. The real estate valuation models are verified at least every four years. In the midterm, changes on the real estate market are took into account using indexing method.

The valuation zones for each real estate valuation model were prepared by the Surveying and Mapping Authority of the Republic of Slovenia according to predefined criteria for the mass valuation. Valuation models were finally defined by the Government of the Republic of Slovenia with the Decree of the Real Estate Valuation Models.

The database covers the whole territory of Slovenia.
