Povodji Donave in Jadranskega morja v Republiki Sloveniji sta teritorialni podlagi upravljanja z vodami in sta ob upoštevanju hidrografskih značilnosti, enotnosti in povezanosti vodnega režima določeni kot taki za zagotavljanje celovitega upravljanja z vodami. Povodje je območje, s katerega vse celinske vode odtekajo preko potokov, rek ali jezer v reko, ki se izliva v morje.
