    Land Cadastre is an official register of land parcels. Land Cadastre includes up-to-date information on parcels and includes the collection of documentation and information necessary for historical track changes of parcels. The collection of documentation (in analogue and digital form) includes files and other documents, that were originally used for the official registration of parcels. The collection of documentation is stored permanently. A basic Land Cadastre unit is the land parcel (hereinafter: parcel). It represents aggregate land that lies within one cadastral municipality and is recorded in the Land Cadastre with the border and marked with an identification mark. The following informations are kept in the Land Cadastre: the parcel identification code, border, surface, owner, manager, actual land use, land under the building, land benefit. The relation to the Register of Spatial Units, Building Cadastre and Land Registry is also provided. Private surveying companies are using this data in geodetic procedures. Individual municipal departments and state administration offices are using Land Cadastre data as a basis for the spatial planning, environmental protection, valuation and real estate taxation, management of transport networks and public infrastructure facilities, etc. The coordinate system D96/TM is used.

    Consolidated Cadastre of Public Infrastructure is an official register of public utilities and infrastructure objects (road network, railway network, water supply network, sewage network, electricity network, telecommunications) and broadband network termination points of public telecommunication networks. For each object, information about its type, location, identification number and information about infrastructure owner are included in the cadastre. The identification number, location data, data on minimum capacity of the termination point and of its ownership are managed for the broadband network termination points. All utility companies - managers of the public infrastructure and owners of the network termination points are required to provide data for the register. Information from the Consolidated Cadastre of Public Infrastructure is available to the public. The basic goal of the establishment of the consolidated Cadastre of Public Infrastructure is to provide information about location of public infrastructure for the whole country, especially for the spatial planning purposes, for the prevention of unnecessary damage on the infrastructure and for more economical management of the public infrastructure.
