SIGNAL Network Data is a database about observations on a permanent GNSS stations and observations corrections based on processing of observations on multiple reference stations in a SIGNAL network. SIGNAL (Slovenia-Geodesy-NAvigation-Location) is the national network of permanent GNSS stations in Slovenia. The network consists of 16 permanent GNSS stations, distributed throughout the country. It represents the basis of the national geoinformation infrastructure. In combination with 0.order network and the national geodetic EUREF points forms the framework of the new Slovenian national coordinate system. Users have a choice to select two types of SIGNAL Network Data: - data of permanent GNSS stations are transmitted in a real time in a currently valid version of the RTCM format. Besides code and phase observation corrections, data about a permanent GNSS station are also transmitted. - data of permanent GNSS stations are used for post-processing and transmitted in the form of RINEX files in the currently valid version of the RINEX format.
Geographical Coordinate Grid includes several hierarchical grids with different cell size: 100 m, 200 m, 500 m, 1 000 m, 2 500 m and 10 000 m. The grid system is mostly used for the dissemination of statistical data. Each grid is available in D48/GK and D96/TM coordinate reference system. A starting point of each grid cell is also available and is used for the simplification of grid cells naming. The grid cells nomenclature is consistent across the entire hierarchical system. The Geographical Grid Database contains 7 squared grid networks with different cell size: 100 m, 200 m, 500 m, 1 000 m, 2 500 m, 5 000 m and 10 000 m.
