WMS storitev za INSPIRE površine pokrovnosti tal / LC.LandCoverSurfaces
Baza pokrovnosti tal CLC 2006 je narejena iz kombinacije baze CLC 2000 in baze sprememb v pokrovnosti tal med letoma 2000 in 2006. Baza sprememb je bila narejena s pomočjo vizualne interpretacije satelitskih posnetkov. V primeru odkrite napake v bazi CLC 2000 se je popravila tudi ta baza. Rezultat tega je popravljena baza CLC 2000. Podatki so namenjeni za vsedržavno podatkovno bazo rabe in pokrovnosti tal, ki je primerljiva z ostalimi državami v Evropi. Primeri uporabe v Sloveniji: - za poročanje Evropski agenciji za okolje: o vodah, pozidavi in prekrivanju tal, o stanju morja in obale, Evropski komisiji: pri interkalibracijski vaji merilnih mest na površinskih vodotokih, - za posodobitev mreže monitoringa kakovosti podzemnih voda, - kot podlaga za izvajanje monitoringa tal, - kot indikator pokrovnosti, - kot osnovni sloj projekta Inspire, - kot podlaga pri projektu Nopolu, - kot podlaga za Naturo 2000. Primeri uporabe v Evropi: - modeliranje onesnaženosti tal v črnem trikotniku na nemško-češko-poljski tromeji - ugotavljanje nevarnosti erozije prsti na Slovaškem, - modeliranje koncentracije fosforja v rekah na Slovaškem, Madžarskem in v Romuniji, - razmejitev manj ugodnih kmetijskih površin na Poljskem, - izdelava turistične karte Slovaške, - ugotavljanje sprememb rabe pokrajine na Slovaškem. Področja uporabe CLC v Evropi: - prostorske analize, - vrednotenje in ocenjevanje podatkov o pokrovnosti, rabi tal in kakovosti zemljišč, - prikaz sprememb, - analiza pokrajin, - pokrajinski indikatorji, - analiza vodotokov in rabe mokrišč, - razvoj GIS za potrebe NATURA 2000 - ugotavljanje sprememb za potrebe določanja habitatov in ocen izpostavljenosti ranljivih območij, - ocena CO2 emisij, - podatki o pokrovnosti okrog merilnih postaj, - nova dodelitev parametrov kakovosti zraka glede na podatke o pokrovnosti, - vpliv transporta, odvzem zemljišč za potrebe prometa, - vpliv na zavarovana območja.
A brief description: National Topographic Map at 1 : 50 000 scale - vector data (DTK 50V) is an object-oriented cartographic database (vector elements). The objects are categorized into eight object groups: - mathematical elements - settlements and facilities - communications - relief - hydrography - land cover - boundaries and dividing lines - geographical names. DTK 50V is from 2017 available also as a seamless vector cartographic set of data, which is maintained as SHP files (27). SHP files are also available for the users. The data of the vector DTK 50 are used for spatial planning, for field orientation purposes, as a basis for other topics and as a source for the production of different maps.
Vector data collection DPK 500V is an object-oriented cartographic database at 1: 500 000 scale. Elements on the map are divided into eight object groups: mathematical elements, settlements and objects, communications, relief, hydrography, land cover, boundaries and dividing line, geographical names. The data set is used for "rough" geo-orientation and for the needs of large scale and thematic displaying.
The territory of Republic of Slovenia covers 58 sheets of the National Topographic Map at 1 : 50 000 scale. Raster images with DTK 50 sheets are provided. Besides the joined color layer also eight geolocated raster layers are provided: - settlements, communications, names - border of roads and rocks - roads in relation to road surface, traffic surfaces - relief - contour lines - water - vegetation - UTM network - relief shadows. From year 2017 the map is available also as seamless cartographic raster layer. Georeferenced raster image is written in TIFF + TFW files in resolution 4 m (317.5 dpi) and cut into 99 rectangle tiles in 9 rows and 11 columns. DTK 50 is intended for spatial planning, for orientation on the field, as base for other themes, as a source for making other maps. Raster and vector data are available as free data.
Identifikacijski sistem za zemljišča v Sloveniji je vzpostavljen za izvajanje ukrepov kmetijske politike. Sistem je vključen v Register kmetijskih gospodarstev (RKG) kot grafična nadgradnja seznama površin enega kmetijskega gospodarstva (KMG). Osnovna enota identifikacijskega sistema za prijavo kmetijskih zemljišč v RKG je blok. Blok je strnjena površina kmetijskih zemljišč v kmetijski rabi enega kmetijskega gospodarstva (izjeme so definirane v zakonodaji). Grafična enota rabe kmetijskega gospodarstva (GERK) je strnjena površina kmetijskega zemljišča z enako vrsto dejanske rabe znotraj posameznega bloka. Nosilci kmetijskih gospodarstev prijavljajo svoja zemljišča v obliki GERK. Podatki identifikacijskega sistema za zemljišča so na voljo na nivoju GERK z atributnim podatkom o blok.
National Maps are cartographically processed topographic data, which are managed in the national spatial coordinate reference system and are presented in the national cartographic projection. National Maps are managed in digital format. National maps for the territory of the Republic of Slovenia are: - National Topographic Map at a scale 1 : 50 000, - National General Maps at a scales 1 : 250 000, 1 : 500 000, 1 : 750 000 and 1 : 1 000 000, - maps produced on the basis of an agreement or contract with the public authorities of other countries or international civil institutions and organizations and are showing the territory of the Republic of Slovenia.

Layers: mathematical elements, settlements and objects, communications, relief, hydrography, land cover, boundaries and dividing line, geographical names. The map is also available in printed form. The data set is used for "rough" orientation in the space and for the needs of large scale and thematic displaying.
